Ways to instantly smile and be happy!
everyone should be happy but there are obviously days when people are sad! I just wanted to make a little list of ways to cheer up and instantly becoming happy! I hope this helps :>

1)Spend Time With People You Love
Okay honestly a main reason people are sad is because all they do is shut their door. Spending time with my family and friends has made me realize how lucky I am and instantly cheered me up. Try playing a game or something which makes you laugh :D
2)Spend Time With A Pet
pets are supposed to relieve stress by just petting them. Playing with a pet can not only be calming, but also be super fun! If you don't have a pet try volunteering at a shelter.
3) Just Rant
When you are sad, do not keep it all to yourself. Tell someone who you trust why and you just instantly feel better and like you have let everything troubling inside you out. You honestly feel so free
4)Dance Your Heart Out
It seems stupid but just play dance music and scream the lyrics. I cannot tell you how stress relieving and fun this is
5) Activities
Do fun and social activities with your friends. Forget about the photos. Focus on the fun :)
6) Compare yourself to yourself
Most people get depressed when they compare themselves to famous people and models who get their hair and makeup professionally done every day. Because of this they call themselves ugly which is honestly not true at all! Everyone is beautiful and everyone was made for a reason. Use the best of yourself and compare yourself to yourself not these famous people. Who and where were you a year ago? Have you become a better person and happier? That's what really matters. And definitely don't call yourself ugly. Cause your not. I think I'm beautiful for who I am :D
7) Start a grateful journal
Every night, write three things you are grateful about. It is proven to make you happier, and honestly just makes you a better person
8)Do what YOU Love
a lot of your life is doing what your friends or parents want to you but do what YOU want to do. Follow your passion, yours! Be yourself. It definitely makes you happier
9)Go on a hike
Just appreciating nature automatically makes you a better person. It also totally distracts you and seeing nature just cheers me up!
10)Pamper Yourself
whether its doing your nails or having a spa day or a movie night in all sweatpants. You know how to make yourself happy. Maybe even go shopping or something, just make yourself feel lucky and happy. Do something you wouldn't do on a normal occasion and just make yourself feel special.
